Vegan Wine, Organic & Biodynamic

The biodynamic movement started with the eight conferences Rudolf Steiner held in Koberwitz (Silesia) during Whitsun 1924.
Rudolf Steiner was born in 1861 in Kraljevic. After his research work on Goethe he became a philosopher and writer first in the Theosophical Society
and later in the Anthroposophical Society founded by him in 1913.
His ideas are the foundation of the Steiner schools, the Waldorf-education, the anthroposophical medicine and
biodynamic agriculture.
Biodynamic agriculture is a method of cultivation without toxic chemicals that promotes a conscious use of the forces of nature,
drawing on the basic principle that only the harmonious and respectful combined action of plants, men, animals, the earth and the cosmos is able to provide
healthy food with balanced nutritional values. The fundamentals of our work in agriculture are the biodynamic calendar,
biodynamic preparations, compost, ecological diversity, the animal welfare, the absence of chemical products
and the quality of food.
Biodynamic farmers, now all over the world, have given themselves compulsory guidelines for controlling and
certification that guarantee consumers get natural food.
DEMETER guarantees that the farmers respect these rules for cultivation, processing and packaging.
Through inspection visits and product analysis the product is constantly verified, to make sure that it contains
no chemical pollutants and to check that it is balanced and healthy.
